You have to put that one in context: WWII. Some of the wartime caricatures in the Bugs Bunny cartoons were over the top, too, and incredibly racist. Of course, you never see them any more. They are appropriately achived away.
Funnily enough, I've actually seen quite a number of those old WB cartoons from the early-mid forties. I actually find them much less offensive than this.
And yes, context. I wasn't taking it out of context. Just pointing out that it's just plain wrong-o!
And ultimately, I just want to hang shit on Superman because he sucks! ;)
